Floors for the work you do
No single coating fits every business. A medical office, a university lab, a car dealer's service drive and a cafeteria kitchen all face different traffic, chemicals and cleaning methods. We visit, ask how the space is used and recommend a system that suits it, whether that is a thin, cleanable epoxy for an office corridor or a quarter-inch urethane cement for a kitchen with hot water washdowns.
Systems we install
- High-build epoxy: a durable, seamless finish for warehouses, offices and storage rooms.
- Quartz broadcast: colored quartz sealed in epoxy for slip resistance and decorative wear surfaces.
- Urethane cement: a heavy-duty system for kitchens, food areas and spaces with heat and thermal shock.
- Chemical-resistant novolac: for labs, battery rooms and areas with harsh acids or solvents.
- Flake systems: attractive, practical floors for locker rooms, break rooms and showrooms.
- Polished concrete: a low-maintenance option for lobbies and retail floors.
Industries we serve
The area is home to a major university, medical and dental practices, research offices, auto dealers, distribution space, schools, restaurants and many retail centers. We have the tools and crew to coat a small clinic exam room or a large shop floor. Common jobs include service bays, labs, mechanical rooms, kitchens, restrooms, locker rooms, stairwells and loading areas.
Keeping your doors open
Downtime costs money. We plan installs around your hours, working evenings, weekends or holidays, and we can split a floor into phases so part of your operation keeps running. Fast-curing products let many areas return to service the next morning. We coordinate with your facility manager on access, ventilation and safety, and we keep odor and dust in check with proper airflow and HEPA vacuums.
Safety and compliance
Slip resistance, line striping and cleanability matter in commercial spaces. We can add aggregate for grip, install coved bases that make washdowns easy and paint safety lanes and walkway markings. For food and health care settings, we recommend seamless systems that leave no grout lines or seams for bacteria to hide in.
Salt in the entry
Winter brings slush and chloride into every business entrance, vestibule and loading door. Unsealed concrete in those areas scales quickly. We install coatings with extra thickness and texture at entries and dock doors so the floor holds up and stays safe when wet. Matting and a regular cleaning plan help the finish last.
Our commercial process
- Site walk, moisture and condition testing and a review of how the space is used.
- A written proposal with system options and a schedule.
- Prep with shot blasting or grinding, crack and joint repair and moisture mitigation as needed.
- Installation in planned phases.
- Final inspection and maintenance guidance for your staff.
Talk to us
Send us your square footage, floor condition and schedule, and we will set up a site visit. If the floor has an old coating that is failing, see our repair page for how we handle removal and recoating.
Labs, clinics and the university crowd
Research and health care spaces come with their own list of rules. Floors must handle disinfectants, solvents and the occasional spilled reagent without staining or softening. Seamless cove bases keep liquids from slipping under walls. Many of these spaces also need static control, chemical splash zones or specific colors for wayfinding. We review your safety data sheets, cleaning chemicals and equipment loads before recommending a system, and we coordinate with facility and environmental staff on ventilation and access. For student housing, dining halls and athletic buildings, we can schedule work during breaks so floors are ready before people return.
Warranties and documentation
Commercial clients receive product data sheets, a written scope, moisture test results and care instructions for their maintenance staff. That paperwork makes future repairs and recoats simpler.
Property managers with several buildings can bundle projects, and we will set up a recoat schedule so each floor is refreshed before wear shows through to the concrete.
